| One used, complete HB / BAIMA PET waste bottle recycling plant. Input capacity approx. 600-650 kg/h of waste PET bottles. Output capacity approx. 400-450 kg/h of clean PET flakes. Output of Polyolefine flakes approx. 8 percent from bottle closures. Year of construction : 2004 - 2005. Plant consisting of : Sorter belt for first manual separation of PET bottle. Inclined conveyor sorter belt to crusher including metal over belt magnetic unit. HERBOLD crusher, type 60 - 100 with 75 kW drive power. HERBOLD first friction cleaner type MTM 508. First BAIMA washing unit with heating for warm washing of flake, 113 kW drive power. Floating unit (swim - sink separator) system for flake separation. Second BAIMA washing unit. HERBOLD second friction cleaner. Complete drying and transportation system. Filling station with dust separation.
